We are very excited that we are re-opening during the week of June 22, however, very strict measures are in place as per the guidelines of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. In order to remain open, we need your cooperation and assistance;
Initially we will only treat patients that require immediate care for emergencies, essential services and ongoing treatments. Here are some very important things to remember in order to keep everyone safe…
- – You will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms by phone when your appointment is booked and again when you arrive in person. If you have symptoms and screen POSITIVE, you will not be permitted to enter the dental office, however, you can call the office and have a phone consultation with the dentist. You should contact Public Health to be tested and follow their advice on next steps. Your appointment will be rescheduled after you have been tested and self-isolated.
- – Bring your own clean mask and wear it at all times except as instructed by the dentist or dental assistant.
- – Only the patient is permitted to enter the dental office (children and adults with special needs can be accompanied by one person).
- – Future appointments will be booked by phone and payments to the dental office will be done with INTERAC.
